Questions about custom software

My idea isn’t fully worked out yet. Can we still talk?

Yes. That is what discovery is for. We write down your goals, users and constraints together and turn them into a roadmap you can act on. After discovery, it is up to you whether the project goes ahead.

Can we build the project in stages?

Yes, and on most projects we recommend it. We release an MVP with the features that matter most, then plan the next stages based on feedback from real users.

How much does custom software cost?

We start with a 1–2 week discovery to pin down the scope, then send a written quote split into phases. As a guide, an MVP usually takes 2–5 months and costs about €15,000–40,000; multi-user platforms with integrations start at €40,000. These are indicative ranges.

How do you handle GDPR and KVKK on a platform that processes personal data?

When we design the data model, we collect only the fields you need and set up role-based permissions in the admin panel. We present the privacy notice and the consent text separately, and build flows for access, deletion and export requests from the start. We make sure there are data processing agreements with providers such as Firebase and, where EU users require it, that the data is stored in the EU. We recommend having your legal adviser do the final review of the legal texts.
