Scope
This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit www.appatolyesi.com and use our contact form. Each of our mobile apps has its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
The name, email, phone number, project type and message you share when filling in the form. Technical logs kept by our hosting infrastructure for security when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, time of visit). If you accept analytics: usage data collected by Google Analytics 4, described below.
Cookies
Without your consent this site sets no cookies and loads nothing from Google. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (not as a cookie) so we do not ask again on every page.
If you click ‘Accept’, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>. They hold a random ID so that repeat visits can be counted, and they expire after at most 2 years. We use no advertising or other tracking cookies.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they found us. It runs only after you click ‘Accept’ in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (KVKK Article 5/1 and, for users in the EU, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG).
What it collects: the pages you visit, the page you came from, the time and length of your visit, device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, approximate location (country and city) and the random cookie ID. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, we do not send names, email addresses or form contents to Google, and we do not use the data for advertising.
IP addresses: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google uses the IP address only briefly to work out your approximate location and then discards it; for visitors in the EU this happens on servers in the EU.
Google as processor: the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which processes the data on our behalf under Google’s data processing terms. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and the processing terms include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Transfers from Turkey are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9.
Retention: we set Google Analytics to keep user-level data for 14 months; after that Google deletes it. Aggregated reports, such as monthly visit counts, do not identify anyone.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time with the ‘Cookie settings’ button at the bottom of every page. If you choose ‘Reject’, analytics stops, the _ga cookies are deleted and the page reloads. Withdrawing consent does not affect data collected before. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
Messages sent with the form are delivered by email to mail@appatolyesi.com; the email also includes the page the form was sent from, the time, your IP address and browser information. We use your form details only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and stay in touch with you. We look at analytics data only in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Third parties
The providers we use for form delivery, email and hosting can access only the data needed to provide those services. If you accept analytics, Google receives the usage data described above. App Store and Google Play links on the site are subject to their own privacy policies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
