Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by App Atölyesi Yazılım Bilişim Reklam E-Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Personal data we process
Via the quote and contact form: identity (full name), contact details (email address, phone number) and request information (project type and message). Technical logs kept by our hosting infrastructure to run the website securely (IP address, browser information, time of access). If you accept analytics cookies: usage data collected through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and a random cookie ID). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Purposes
Responding to your request, preparing a quote and conducting pre-contract discussions; carrying out communication activities; running information security processes and meeting legal obligations. With your consent: counting visits to the website and seeing which pages are used (Google Analytics).
Legal grounds and collection method
Your data is collected electronically via the form on our website. Messages sent with the form are delivered by email to mail@appatolyesi.com, together with the page they were sent from, the time, the IP address and browser information, and are used only to respond to your request. Your data is processed on the legal grounds of KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract), 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms). For users in the EU, the corresponding grounds under Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR apply. Analytics data is collected through cookies only with your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1; for users in the EU, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page.
Transfers
Your data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with the email, form and hosting providers we use and, upon request, with authorised public authorities. Where these providers’ servers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9. If you accept analytics, usage data is transferred to Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, USA) as our service provider.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for at most 2 years after the request is concluded; requests that turn into a contract are kept for the periods required by law, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to outcomes against you resulting from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
